• Strong knowledge of signage products and production processes (e.g., vinyl, LED, fabrication, digital printing).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings or interpret design briefs is an asset.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and quotation tools.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the signage industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong client
relationships, and driving sales growth by promoting our full range of signage solutions — including
indoor/outdoor signs, digital signage, wayfinding, fabrication and furniture fixtures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, designers, and business owners.
• Conduct client meetings to understand signage requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and visual concepts in collaboration with the design and production teams.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, installation) to ensure project delivery meets client expectations if required.
• Maintain an updated report with client details, opportunities, and leads.
• Stay up to date on signage materials, printing technologies, and market trends.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
