Purchase Manager
Should have 4-5 years of experience preferably from the Signage industry. (1 position)
- Responsible for efficient purchasing, inventory supplies, and sourcing equipment.
Receives purchase requisitions and verifies for accuracy and authorization(s).
- Periodically evaluates vendors/suppliers and advises Management when vendors are not meeting requirements.
Evaluates and recommend new/substitute vendors, when necessary.
- Prepares and issues purchase orders; determines and negotiates prices, delivery and credit terms; buys according to established company policies and procedures;
maintains accurate purchasing records.
- Responsible for evaluating, assessing and selecting vendors based on capabilities, performance
and consistent quality.
- Maintains rapport and good working relationships with vendors; keeps accurate vendor records.
- Evaluates inventory reorder levels and quantity price breaks to determine the most economical
purchasing of inventory and supplies concerning the company’s cost of capital.
- Prepares monthly reports and reviews forecast of purchasing
Sales Executive
(HSC / Graduate any stream. Good communication Skills): Experienced / Freshers. (1 position)
- Field Sales Executives to Sell unique Photo frames to new and existing and potential clients.
- Acts as the ‘face’ of the company, and as such is responsible for forging, maintaining, and
expanding links between corporations.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns regarding
our product
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections collaborate with team.
Customer Care Executive
(Graduate with Good Communication Skills): 1-3 yrs experience (2 positions)
- One point of contact for client.
- Interact with creative & design team to replicate job as per client expectations.
- Interact with clients on regularly basis to understand their business and requirement.
- Strictly adhere to committed time lines ensure client satisfaction.
- Internal communication with production, operations, sales and other departments
for coordination purposes.
Machine Operator (HSC):
1 year experience (3 positions)
Have prior experience of operating and handling machines
Knowledge of Coral Draw & Photoshop
Should be able to get work done with no wastage
Should understand English.
Quality Control Executive
(Graduate from Technical background): 1-2 years experience (2 positions)
- Product quality inspection - in process and post assembling of goods
- Maintain proper photos, reports and records
- Preferably candidates from signage industry
