Preferred Skills & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field with proficiency in Excel, MS Office & CRM tools (optional)
- Experience in Signage/Advertising Industry.
- Familiarity with customer satisfaction tools and analytics.
Job Summary:
The Client Service Executive is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring
their needs are met, and providing excellent service to enhance client satisfaction and retention. This
role involves coordinating with internal teams, resolving client issues promptly, maintaining production
& installation timeline to identifying opportunities to upsell services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for assigned clients.
- Handle client inquiries, requests, new requirements and complaints professionally andpromptly.
- Ensure timely delivery of services/products in line with client expectations.
- Maintain and update client records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, finance, production, Dispatch) to meet client needs.
- Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve service quality.
- Maintain proper billing submission & maintain outstanding records for payment follow-ups.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication &interpersonal skills, strong convincing approach.
- Proven experience in client servicing, or customer support or related domain.
- Ability to handle multiple clients, prioritize tasks effectively, strong problem-solving attitude and
- attention to detail.
